Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern for Corporate Environmental and Sustainability (EHS) to join the Pittsburgh team.

You will support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and program development. This 12-week internship includes an impact project on waste reduction, water use, and climate resilience, plus daily tasks like trend analysis, benchmarking with peers, and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated internship, work, or research participation experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends across manufacturing operations.
• Benchmark with top industrial peers and learn from their approaches.
• Share best practices from Howmet or other industries.
• Find outlets for materials previously disposed of as waste.
• Help organize data and address daily corporate environmental tasks.
