Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program with interest in pre-law and graduation date Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, or enrolled in a JD program.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with other disciplines.
• Interested in understanding how corporate compliance functions operate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Support projects strengthening Howmet's E&C program and tools used to understand standards.
• Contribute to policy updates, awareness efforts, and core compliance processes.
• Assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance training and communication materials.
• Gain exposure to how Ethics & Compliance works with HR, Legal, Information Security, Internal Audit, and Finance to mitigate risks.
