Job summary

JD Ross Energy is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer/Senior Technical Sales Engineer to drive new business growth in the NYC metro market. You will develop and execute strategic plans, generate and qualify opportunities across commercial, healthcare, higher education, municipal, institutional, and real estate sectors, and build a strong pipeline of self-generated opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record in business development or technical sales.
Strong professional network within NYC construction/engineering/real estate sectors.
Ability to engage executive decision-makers and develop long-term client relationships.
Understanding of building systems, energy efficiency, infrastructure modernization, and sustainability initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating opportunities and driving market growth.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and developing strategic pursuits.
