Job summary

Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America seeks a Sustainability Engineer to support and advance environmental and energy programs, including ISO 14001/ISO 50001 compliance. You will lead energy efficiency and renewable energy initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and planning teams to drive CO2 reductions.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate technical environmental data.
Experience with energy management and sustainability principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support ISO 14001/ISO 50001 Environmental/Energy Programs and Management System implementation.
Evaluate and implement energy efficiency, renewable energy, and GHG reduction projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and track CO2 emissions reductions.
Monitor energy usage and provide data-driven recommendations for the Environmental Plan 2035.
Lead line-level energy Kaizen and POWER teams to promote campus-wide emissions reductions.
