Job summary

You will plan, manage, and deliver projects that reduce carbon emissions and support corporate goals. You will work with facilities, real estate, finance, procurement, operations, and leadership to identify opportunities, build business cases, and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years managing sustainability, renewable energy, or capital improvement projects.
• Experience with solar energy projects and building systems.
• Knowledge of PPAs, ESAs, and utility interconnection.
• Experience with LEED requirements and ESG reporting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver renewable energy and sustainability projects.
• Coordinate solar development activities and project execution.
• Evaluate PPAs/ESAs and energy procurement strategies.
• Lead building energy efficiency initiatives and electrification.
• Develop business cases with ROI, NPV, and TCO.
• Support LEED certification and sustainable construction.
• Oversee sustainability reporting, GHG inventories, and ESG frameworks.
