Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years project management experience.
• Experience with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Experience with business analysis, process mapping, and design projects.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AS400 queries preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously involving cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and prioritize project activities to establish realistic deadlines.
• Oversee data and documentation supporting audits for Penske entities.
• Manage data retrieval and analysis related to Penske Logistics audits.
• Coordinate data requests supporting customer audits.
• Design and maintain databases and data access methods for efficiency.
• Identify and remediate causes of process defects uncovered during audits.
• Implement remediation steps to reduce future audit exposure.
• Handle other projects as assigned by management.
