Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking a Coordinator, Utilities and Energy responsible for coordinating energy conservation, sustainability strategies, energy reporting, and commodities tracking at the TCCD District Offices. This role analyzes utility systems and leads energy initiatives across buildings and projects.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience and a Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience.
Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Coordinates energy conservation, sustainability strategies, energy reporting, and commodities tracking.
Maintains communications with colleagues, customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Observes safety regulations and participates in safety training.
Conducts building audits and studies, tracks energy usage, and establishes cost-saving targets.
Provides technical expertise for performance improvements and implementation strategies.
Analyzes electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, water, and lighting systems to minimize utility costs.
Coordinates energy performance contracts and commissioning objectives.
Reviews projects to incorporate energy and sustainability elements.
