Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Manager of Environment and Sustainability to lead the companys decarbonization strategy and EMS. This hybrid role, with 10–15% travel, supports Scope 1–3 emissions tracking, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-effective environmental improvements.

You will work with Facilities, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement energy efficiency initiatives, manage regulatory risk, and drive sustainable performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field (or MS)
• Experience in environmental, sustainability, EHS, or energy management roles
• ISO 14001 experience strongly preferred; certification helpful
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and emissions reporting preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, validation, and reporting of Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
• Develop methodologies to quantify and manage Scope 3 emissions across value chain.
• Maintain EMS aligned with ISO 14001 standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare sustainability reports and disclosures with data integrity.
• Provide training and guidance on environmental awareness and accountability.
