Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking an Environment and Sustainability Manager to lead the development and execution of its environmental and decarbonization strategy, driving progress toward emissions reduction and resource efficiency goals. The role partners with Facilities, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement energy-saving initiatives and maintain ISO14001-aligned EMS.

The candidate will manage Scope1/2 reporting, develop Scope3 quantification methods, and oversee sustainability disclosures, KPIs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Environmental Engineering (MS preferred).
• 6–10 years in environmental, sustainability, EHS, or energy management roles.
• ISO14001 experience or training; Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience with greenhouse gas accounting (GHG Protocol) and emissions verification.
• Familiarity with REACH, RoHS, PFAS restrictions and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, validation, and reporting of Scope1 and Scope2 emissions.
• Develop methodologies to quantify and manage Scope3 emissions across the value chain.
• Maintain and improve EMS aligned with ISO14001 standards.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive energy efficiency initiatives.
• Develop the decarbonization roadmap and track progress against targets.
• Prepare sustainability reports and disclosures with data integrity.
• Provide training and guidance on environmental practices internally.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for data-driven environmental decisions.
