Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking an Environment and Sustainability Manager to lead the company’s decarbonization and environmental programs. The role focuses on tracking Scope 1–3 emissions, building data platforms, and driving energy‑saving initiatives across facilities, engineering, and supply chain.

You will translate technical data into actionable strategies, support EMS improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while embedding sustainability across core processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field. MS in a relevant field preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in environmental/sustainability roles.
• ISO 14001 experience preferred; training or internal auditor certs encouraged.
• Experience with greenhouse gas accounting (GHG Protocol) preferred.
• Familiarity with EU/US environmental regulations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, validation, and reporting of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions.
• Develop systems to quantify/manage Scope 3 emissions across the value chain.
• Improve environmental data management for transparent sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and execute decarbonization roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain EMS with ISO 14001 compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments to support decision‑making.
• Monitor regulations and translate trends into actionable strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Prepare internal/external sustainability disclosures and reports.
