Job summary

Haemonetics Corp seeks an Environment and Sustainability Manager to lead emissions tracking and decarbonization efforts. You will collaborate across Facilities, Engineering, and Supply Chain to advance energy-efficiency initiatives and ensure data integrity.

The role focuses on ISO 14001 compliance, ESG reporting, and embedding sustainability into core processes with a hybrid work model and 10–15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; MS preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, EHS, or energy management.
• ISO 14001 experience with training or Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting (GHG Protocol) and emissions management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, validation, and reporting of Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions.
• Develop methodologies and systems to quantify and manage Scope 3 emissions across the value chain.
• Maintain EMS and ISO 14001 compliance; drive continuous environmental performance improvements.
• Prepare sustainability reports and disclosures; translate data into actionable strategies.
