Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Sr. Analyst, Sustainability to enable accurate, audit-ready reporting across the organization. You will coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure data integrity for GHG, EPR, and PCR reporting.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support regulatory disclosures, and help NHSc advance climate commitments through robust data strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in sustainability and carbon accounting.
• Strong analytical and data management abilities.
• Experience with government sustainability programs is a plus.
• Experience analyzing raw ingredients and Scope 3 GHG emissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support GHG emissions and glidepath reporting across NHSc.
• Support EPR reporting data collection and validation across NHSc SKUs.
• Support monitoring of compliance and audits; report progress to climate targets.
• Assist leadership and internal teams to drive Net Zero roadmap and climate initiatives.
