Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Sustainability in Orlando to enable accurate, audit-ready sustainability reporting across functions. You will coordinate data from Finance, Procurement, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive data integrity and alignment with global standards.

You will partner with internal teams and external providers to support GHG, EPR, and PCR metrics, helping shape the company’s climate strategy and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years professional experience; sustainability/GHG focus.
• Strong analytical and data management abilities.
• Master’s degree preferred; food/agri knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and management of GHG emissions and glidepath reporting across NHSc.
• Support creation and management of EPR reporting data collection and validation across NHSc SKUs.
• Monitor compliance, reporting progress to Nestlé global climate targets, and audits.
• Engage with internal technical teams to drive Nestlé’s Net Zero Roadmap and other climate initiatives.
• Assist Suitability Sr. Manager in communicating to senior management key trends and performance indicators.
• Support management of NHSc’s global sustainability data strategy and ensure alignment across related systems.
