Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Sustainability to enable accurate, audit-ready reporting across the organization. You will coordinate data from Finance, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure data integrity and alignment with global standards.

The role emphasizes data strategy, governance, and business engagement, supporting regulatory reporting and long-term climate commitments. You will translate complex inputs into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of professional experience; 2+ years in sustainability, carbon accounting, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and data management abilities; experience with data integration and governance.
• Advanced writing and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support GHG emissions and glidepath reporting, including data collection and factor tracking.
• Support EPR reporting data collection and validation across NHSc SKUs.
• Assist in compliance monitoring and audits; report progress to climate targets.
• Provide guidance to internal technical teams to drive Net Zero roadmap and climate initiatives.
• Develop, align, share, and implement processes related to GHG accounting and governance.
• Stay updated on regulatory drivers of environmental reporting in North America.
