Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Sustainability to enable accurate, governance-driven sustainability reporting across the organization.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to translate complex inputs into actionable insights and ensure audit-ready data aligned with global standards. You will drive data integrity, develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and support regulatory reporting including PCR materials,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in sustainability, carbon accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data management abilities.
• Experience with government sustainability programs helpful.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support GHG emissions and glidepath reporting, including data collection and verification.
• Support EPR reporting data collection and validation.
• Monitor compliance and report progress to climate targets and audits.
• Engage with internal teams to drive NHSc’s Net Zero initiatives.
• Provide data strategy guidance to ensure audit-ready sustainability reporting.
