Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Analyst, Sustainability to enable accurate, consistent reporting across multiple business functions including Finance, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sustainability, data management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in sustainability, carbon accounting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and data management abilities.
• Experience with State, Local, or Federal government sustainability or environmental justice programs.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Degree focused on Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Data Management, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience analyzing raw ingredient materials and value-chain/Scope 3 GHG emissions, including knowledge of LCA software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food and agriculture value chains is preferred.
• Software management/development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and management of GHG emissions reporting across NHSc.
• Support creation and management of EPR reporting across NHSc SKUs.
• Monitor compliance, report progress to global climate targets, and audits.
• Engage with internal teams to drive Net Zero Roadmap and climate initiatives.
• Provide guidance on data integrity and governance for sustainability data.
• Translate data into insights to support climate strategy development.
• Communicate key trends and performance indicators to senior management.
• Align sustainability data strategy across systems to measure KPIs with quality data.
• Support collection and organization of GHG data from partners to address discrepancies.
• Support collection and organization of EPR data from partners to address discrepancies.
• Develop, align, and implement processes for GHG accounting and governance.
• Stay updated on policy and regulatory drivers of GHG emissions disclosure in North America.
• Adapt to new legislation and priorities in sustainability reporting.
• Provide data integration guidance to NHSc tech environment for sustainability.
• Provide guidance to advanced analytics teams for end-to-end solutions across functions.
• Create and maintain sustainability maps visualizing critical parameters.
• Represent sustainability viewpoint in end-to-end innovation projects.
