Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a senior specialist to lead sustainability data governance, reporting, and analytics. You will design and monitor non-financial reporting, establish data ownership, and automate processes to improve quality and efficiency.

You will manage global GHG data collection (Scope 1/2/3), maintain inventory plans, and guide teams on evolving protocols. The role includes coordinating external advisory work, ensuring CSRD/SASB/SBTi alignment, and supporting enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5–7 years of experience in sustainability reporting or ESG programs.
Strong data governance and regulatory reporting experience.
Experience with GHG accounting and environmental reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability and non-financial reporting.
Manage global collection, validation, and reporting of emissions data (Scope 1/2/3).
Develop analytics to support enterprise decisions and track energy efficiency initiatives.
Oversee external advisory work and ensure CSRD/SASB/ISSB alignment.
