Job summary

Spirax Group's Electrical Thermal Solutions division seeks an Environment & Sustainability Reporting Lead in Pittsburgh to oversee data management and reporting for ESG disclosures. You will collaborate with ETS teams and group functions to ensure accurate, timely, and auditable sustainability data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Management, Sustainability, Data Management, or related field.
• Strong data management and governance experience.
• Expert in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and root causes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Data management, reporting and governance of sustainability data.
• Review and validate sustainability data submissions for group reporting.
• Oversee data management and report performance against targets and incidents.
• Coordinate completion of sustainability questionnaires (e.g., EcoVadis) and liaise with Group reports.
• Lead internal and external audit reporting and improve processes.
• Collaborate with OpCos to collect and report community engagement data.
