Job summary

Chromalox, headquartered in Pittsburgh, is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Reporting Lead to oversee data management for internal and external reporting. The role supports the ETS Director and partners with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of sustainability metrics.

You will coordinate audits, respond to customer requests, and advance One Planet initiatives, integrating data into business cases and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with sustainability reporting and data governance is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data submissions and ensure accuracy prior to reporting.
• Manage environment & sustainability data and track performance against targets.
• Support external questionnaires (e.g., EcoVadis) and audits.
• Collaborate with OpCos to collect and report engagement data.
• Develop best practices for sustainability reporting and dashboards.
• Provide training on the Sustainability Metrics Reporting Platform.
