Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, business, sustainability, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data management, database administration, data analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing large datasets, including reports with 2,000+ data points.
• Experience with relational databases, data-management platforms, or enterprise reporting systems.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Attention to detail and high data-quality standards.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, configure, and maintain metrics within internal reporting systems.
• Manage end-to-end data collection campaigns across cross-functional teams.
• Track campaign progress and ensure timely completion against deadlines.
• Coordinate with controllership for data validation, audit trails, and controls.
• Maintain and enhance database structures for data integrity and documentation.
• Prepare, reconcile, and QA data used in reporting workflows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and data dictionaries.
• Work with reporting leaders to execute data strategy and deliver day-to-day outputs.
• Identify and communicate data-quality concerns and process inefficiencies.
