  • At least 3 years of professional experience in data management, database administration, data analysis, or closely related practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of high data quality.
  • Experience with relational databases, data management platforms, or enterprise reporting systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Experience handling large datasets (2,000+ data points per report).
  • Ability to take direction from leadership while independently managing workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar productivity tools.
  • Interest in sustainability reporting, ESG data, or related corporate responsibility topics.

Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and maintain metrics within internal systems to support sustainability reporting and enterprise reporting needs.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end data collection campaigns, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Manage large, complex datasets, including 2,000+ data points going into any given report, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Partner closely with controllership and related teams to ensure data accuracy, auditability, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Monitor data quality, identify gaps, anomalies, and issues in sustainability and ESG-related data, and drive resolution without requiring constant oversight.
  • Handle data-related escalations, triage issues, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
  • Work directly with reporting leaders, taking direction while independently owning workstreams and driving tasks to completion.
  • Develop and refine reporting processes, documentation, and workflows to improve efficiency, data governance, and repeatability.
  • Use Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and database tools to analyze, reconcile, and transform data for reporting.
  • Leverage enterprise reporting platforms such as Workiva or similar systems to support sustainability reporting and data management activities.
  • Communicate data issues, findings, and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and verbal form.
  • Manage multiple concurrent data workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting reporting timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sustainability, marketing, and controllership, in a large, global enterprise setting.
  • Apply general sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG concepts to data management and reporting processes.
  • Use tech-driven productivity and collaboration tools, including Asana or similar platforms, to track tasks, manage projects, and coordinate work.
