Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support the North America Rigid Packaging sustainability strategy through data management, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The role administers key platforms, drives data quality across sites, conducts LCA work, and supports regulatory and disclosure requirements.

You will lead data validation cycles, support Scope 3 reporting, and develop dashboards for KPIs like recyclability and transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging context.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3).
• Strong analytical and data management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Altruistiq (AQ), Amcor’s primary sustainability data platform.
• Conduct quarterly data validation cycles and issue completion reports for on-time submissions.
• Support Scope 3 GHG reporting and manage reporting to Amcor Limited per the GHG Protocol.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for QSR, PCR, recyclability, and transportation.
• Lead integration of legacy Berry and Amcor site data into unified global reporting.
