Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support North America’s sustainability strategy through data management, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You will administer key platforms, drive data quality, and lead life cycle assessment work across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, analytical rigor, and proactive management of complex programs. Experience with data platforms and ESG reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging context.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3).
• Strong analytical and data management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain sustainability data platform (AQ) and manage user access and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quarterly data validation cycles and review site methodology templates.
• Support Scope 3 GHG reporting and coordinate sustainability targets.
• Build dashboards for QSR, PCR, recyclability, and transportation; automate data pulls.
• Lead integration of legacy Berry and Amcor site data into unified global reporting.
• Document analysis methodologies for transparency and audit readiness.
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments to support environmental claims and carbon reduction roadmaps.
• Support EPR obligations and translate product specs into regulatory data.
• Administer Sedex program across sites and assist with audits.
