Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support North America's sustainability strategy through data management, reporting, and compliance. You will administer key platforms, drive data quality across global sites, lead LCA work, and support regulatory reporting obligations.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage Scope 3 emissions, develop dashboards, and ensure audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in sustainability or environmental management.
• Knowledge of sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3).
• Strong analytical and data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data visualization or BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer sustainability data platform (Altruistiq) and manage user access and training.
• Coordinate data validation cycles and issue completion reports for on-time submissions.
• Support Scope 3 GHG reporting and track sustainability targets.
• Develop dashboards and reports for KPIs (QSR, PCR, recyclability, transportation).
• Lead integration of legacy Berry and Amcor site data into unified global reporting.
• Run quality checks on packaging, SKUs, and product data to resolve inconsistencies.
• Document methodology for transparency and audit readiness.
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support EPR obligations and regulatory data translation.
• Administer Sedex program and assist with audits with HR.
• Support year-end audits with documentation and data accuracy.
• Contribute to disclosures and Sustainability Report.
