Job summary

Springs Window Fashions invites a motivated student to join our Commercial Marketing Team as a Sustainability Data Management Intern for Summer 2027. You will work on data projects in the 3E platform, cleaning product data, uploading parts, and onboarding suppliers while gaining cross-functional exposure.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience, training, and opportunities to interact with multiple functional areas within the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with Sophomore/Junior standing.
• Marketing major preferred.
• Internship experience in relevant function preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleanup: audit and clean existing product data in 3E, standardize entries.
• Parts Upload: organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components into 3E.
• Supplier Onboarding: guide new suppliers through data submission requirements and verifications.
• Supplier Data Verification: survey textile suppliers to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
