Springs Window Fashions is offering a Marketing Sustainability Data Management Internship for Summer 2027. Join the Commercial Marketing Team to support data accuracy and audit readiness across categories using the 3E platform.

This paid internship provides in-depth, cross-functional experience, project work, and professional development, including job shadowing and exposure to multiple functions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred Sophomore/Junior standing.
• Marketing major preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleanup: Audit and clean existing product data in 3E, correct errors, fill gaps, standardize entries.
• Parts Upload: Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components into 3E.
• Supplier Onboarding: Help onboard new suppliers to the 3E platform and verify initial uploads.
• Supplier Data Verification: Survey textile suppliers to confirm data is current and accurate.
