Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Sustainability Analyst to drive data quality and reporting across energy, waste, water, and related costs. You will build Tableau dashboards, coordinate regional data, support audits, and translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting (Scopes 1-3), and experience aligning data with sustainability frameworks and third-party audits.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and validating data from multiple sources with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret utility invoices (usage, rates, periods).
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting (Scopes 1-3) and emission factors.
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, data cleaning) and Tableau.
• Experience supporting audits and data-driven storytelling for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Quality Assurance – collect, organize, and maintain environmental, operational, and financial data.
• Analytics and Reporting – develop Tableau dashboards and analyze trends for cost savings.
• Project Management – manage timelines for annual reporting and audits.
• Stakeholder Engagement – coordinate with regional teams to meet data needs.
• Process Improvement – enhance data platforms and automate workflows.
