Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to be a core contributor to our sustainability programs. This role delivers high-quality data that informs strategy, supports audits, and helps manage costs and risk.

You will manage recurring reporting cycles, collaborate with teams across our global markets, and advance how we collect and use data. Strong analytics, initiative, and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, cleaning and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Ability to read and interpret utility invoices (energy, water, waste).
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting (Scope 1-3) emissions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau (or similar visualization tool).
• Experience improving data processes and automation.
• Proactive stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Data management and QA across environmental, operational, and financial data.
• Develop and manage Tableau dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage timelines for annual reporting, audits, and regional data collection.
• Coordinate inputs from regional teams and track progress.
• Lead onboarding of new data sources and dashboard rollouts.
• Engage stakeholders regularly to understand needs and deliver insights.
• Partner with finance/fintech to streamline data workflows and automation.
