Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a motivated undergraduate to support our sustainability data team. You will assist in calculating a large global enterprise’s carbon footprint and provide data gathering and entry support for ESG reporting through February 2026.

Responsibilities include downloading utility data from SAP and Docuware, organizing data folders, and consolidating data for the GHG footprint calculation. Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate with 2–4 years of study.
• Data-focused with Excel experience.
• Able to navigate data sources.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for certain facilities in various geographies.
• Organize data in folders
• Extract and consolidate utility data as well as ad hoc data requests for inclusion in Samsonite's GHG footprint calculation
