Colliers International in Sacramento, CA is hiring a Sustainability Analyst to work with the REMS team on sustainability initiatives, data tracking, LEED certification management, and collaboration with clients and consultants. You will collect and report on energy, water, and other sustainability metrics, and support energy/waste reduction efforts.

You will leverage ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, The Climate Registry, and other platforms, while staying current on green building trends.

Qualificações

• Two+ years experience in environmental science, research, market analysis, or related role within commercial real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field (Business, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• LEED GA, LEED AP, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, or CRIS experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and report sustainability performance data for buildings and operations.
• Manage and support reporting with The Climate Registry and other platforms.
• Coordinate and support LEED certification and recertification across multiple facilities.
• Assist with WELL Building Standard and WELL Health-Safety Rating initiatives.
• Monitor ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager performance metrics and benchmarking.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and identify energy, water, waste, and carbon reduction opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with facility managers, consultants, contractors, and teams to implement sustainability goals.
• Maintain documentation and records related to environmental programs and reporting requirements.
