Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels and ingredients.
• Assist in establishing menu specifications.
• Maintain quality by ensuring products are prepared according to guidelines.
• Enforce food quality and safety in the kitchen and café space.
• Assist with and distribute work schedules.
• Oversee front of house food preparation.
