Job summary

Wet Willie's in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Sushi Roller to join our kitchen team. You will review menus before prep, ensure all food procedures are followed, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth service.

You will assist with purchasing and inventory of the food supply, follow sanitation guidelines, and stay current with new menu items. Prior sushi prep experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate preferred.
