Job summary

Yokozuna Yale, a vibrant Asian restaurant and sushi bar in downtown Tulsa, is seeking a motivated line cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare a variety of menu items with grills and ovens, ensure proper cooking temperatures, and maintain sanitation standards.

We value teamwork, strong knife skills, and a willingness to learn basic sushi rolling techniques. Must have one year of cooking experience and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cooking experience.
• Must provide a THD Food Handler.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn basic sushi rolling techniques.
• Strong knife skills and attention to quality.
