Job summary

Yokozuna, a Downtown Tulsa-based Asian restaurant and sushi bar, is seeking a line cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare a variety of menu items, work with grills and ovens, and ensure dishes meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cooking experience, strong knife skills, and a willingness to learn basic sushi rolling techniques. You must be reliable, team-oriented, and available nights, weekends and Sundays.
