Bamboo Sushi in SW Portland, OR is hiring a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. This role requires maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficient prep for Japanese-inspired dishes.

We offer competitive wages starting at $18.00–$20.00 per hour with tips averaging up to $23.00+ per hour, plus benefits like health and life insurance, vacation, 401(k), and employee discounts. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in high-volume kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage handling & storage.
• Willingness to learn Japanese cuisine and beverages.
• Sushi chef experience or culinary education preferred for sushi roles.
