Bamboo Sushi is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at our Portland commissary kitchen located at 611 SE Grant Street. The role includes basic prep, cleaning, and dishwashing, with responsibilities to prepare items for the next delivery and ensure accurate, timely packing of commissary orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food prep, inventory, delivery, or stocking preferred.
• Knowledgeable in proper food handling & storage.
• Attention to detail.
• Calm and respectable demeanor.
• Solution-oriented perspective.
• Valid Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the prep cook team, conducting food prep for the next delivery.
• Basic prep, cleaning, and dishwashing.
• Ensure consistent and timely picking and packing of commissary food orders with 100% accuracy.
• Follow company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations with safe and sanitary handling.
