Bamboo Sushi is hiring in Oregon for part-time and full-time positions. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with tips averaging up to $27.00 per hour, plus benefits including health and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume guest-facing food service.
• Sushi Chefs: 1–2 years culinary experience or culinary education preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and storage practices.

Responsibilities

• Sushi Chefs work with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure timely prep of ingredients.
• Follow company policies, state and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and safe handling procedures.
