Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and serves with standard customer service.
• Supervises and recommends disciplinary action for department associates.
• Manages schedules, assigns work, trains staff, enforces company policies and SOPs, and communicates with team.
• Processes invoices, department reports, employee appraisals, inventory and supply orders.
