• Experience in sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi preparation.
• Ability to read a thermometer correctly.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi items and ingredients per recipes and requests.
• Butcher whole fish and prepare portions.
• Use sushi knives and sashimi knives safely.
• Work varied hours, including weekends.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards.
• Follow portion controls and par levels.
• Communicate delays or issues to the coordinator.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
