SUSHISAMBA Los Angeles is opening in West Hollywood and seeks a passionate Sushi Cook to join our team. You will help deliver unforgettable hospitality in a dynamic, world-renowned setting, following SUSHISAMBA standards and recipes.

You will maintain food quality and safety, work with the kitchen and service team, and contribute to productivity while enjoying benefits and growth opportunities. Competitive hourly wage with tips and career development provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sushi Cook or higher.
• Ability to follow recipes, processes and standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain standards of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
• Follow recipes in line with SUSHISAMBA standards.
• Comply with company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximizing productivity and profitability.
• Execute dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Liaise with restaurant manager and service staff regarding service issues.
