Trapper’s Sushi is seeking a Sushi Chef for our Tacoma, WA location. Sushi experience is preferred, but strong cooks with solid knife skills and the ability to learn quickly will be trained.

Pay ranges from $19.75 to $22.75 per hour plus tips, with additional tip potential of $2–$3 per hour; total earnings can reach about $21.75–$25.75 per hour. This is a non-exempt, fast-paced kitchen role in a busy restaurant.
