Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
• Ensure proper handling, cutting, and storage of raw fish and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop new menu items and ensure consistent presentation.
