Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of culinary experience, possess local/state Food Handler and California RBS certifications, and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of culinary experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler certifications.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prep all ingredients and food products to fulfill prep lists and recipe standards.
• Utilize various prep and cooking methods to ensure quick, precise creation of menu items.
• Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
• Clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, ovens, and storage areas.
• Complete assigned side work and closing duties to set the team up for success.
