Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Strong sushi preparation and plating skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality sushi following standards and portion sizes.
• Train and guide other staff on sushi techniques and plating.
• Prepare and present hot and cold sushi items per outlet standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow hygiene rules.
• Close kitchen properly according to the closing checklist.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to Chef promptly.
