Job Summary: The sushi chef is responsible for all aspects of producing sushi for our in-store fresh sushi program. There will be direct interaction with customers during production and through sampling. The chef must work in a clean and organized manner, as production occurs in front of customers. The chef should be outgoing, friendly, and willing to answer customer questions.
