Job summary

We are seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves reviewing menus, ensuring all food procedures are followed, coordinating with other departments, assisting with purchasing and inventory, and upholding sanitation guidelines.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of food preparation experience, experience with quantity cooking, ability to follow menus and recipes, knowledge of nutritional requirements, and possibly a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Qualifications

• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
