Qualifications

• Must successfully pass the company’s sushi chef training program and cooking procedures.
• Previous experience as sushi chef highly desirable.
• Culinary degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the sushi bar and provide a welcoming experience.
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, and sanitation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sushi bar, equipment, and storage areas.
• Assist with prep for busy service periods and support sushi helpers as needed.
