VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks an Operations Manager for Survivorship and Palliative Care to lead administrative and clinical operations. You will coordinate workflows, staffing, and budgets across survivorship clinics while integrating research-enabled care and grant-funded programs.

Collaborate with medical directors, nurses, and IT to optimize scheduling, access, and patient experience, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy and cancer-center goals.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in health administration or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, or program management.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and interdisciplinary coordination skills.
• Familiarity with research-enabled outpatient clinics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Direct the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the survivorship and outpatient palliative care clinics.
• Develop and standardize workflows to improve access, efficiency, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate budgets, staffing, and operational metrics for program growth and research-enabled care.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and partner with clinical leaders to align resources with patient demand.
• Support clinical research, quality-improvement initiatives, and grant-funded programs within survivorship services.
