Bloc Ministries Inc. is seeking a Women’s Redeemed Home Staff member to help maintain a safe, supportive, temporary shelter for adult women and their children who are Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and a positive living environment for residents and staff. The position requires compassionate, dependable individuals who can remain calm in difficult situations, while upholding house policies and collaborating with the team to support residents

Qualifications

• Knowledge of addiction preferred.
• Ability to handle conflict and maintain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Know and uphold the policies in the house.
• Know the weekly schedule for residents.
• Administer drug tests and record results.
• Transport residents to appointments and work.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Track residents' money.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Agree and comply with BLOC employee handbook.
