Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a dedicated SOS State Coordinator to provide crisis outreach and information to families of fallen soldiers. You will act as a liaison with CAS and CAOs, build partnerships, and maintain a comprehensive resource directory for survivor services.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including reporting and training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of mission and resourcefulness in SOS duties.
• Emotional maturity, tact, and attentive listening.
• Identify resources and facilitate referrals to VA benefits, TRICARE, and education opportunities.
• Provide dignified verbal and written responses in sensitive situations.
• Build rapport with VSOs, CAOs, military leadership and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and expand a directory of resources for military families and survivors.
• Produce reports and data for program evaluation.
• Understand ARNG/IMCOM policies, regulations and SOPs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Willingness to travel and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be available via telephone 24/7/365 to receive requests for assistance from constituents.
• Contact Survivors during transitions and milestone events, at least annually.
• Provide information on ARNG resilience programs and benefits.
• Act as liaison with civilian and military service providers and coordinate partnerships.
• Provide non-clinical support, referrals, and follow-up with Survivors.
• Maintain a resource directory of organizations and services.
• Coordinate with CAC Benefit Coordinator and ACS Support Coordinators.
• Refer to financial assistance from military, government, and civilian orgs.
• Create SOS program slides and serve as central POC.
• Maintain contact with survivors via mailings and update logs.
• Document SOS cases in systems of record and report as required.
• Provide Monthly Workload Report to GTM by the 10th of each month.
